In most cases, we can reproduce your company logo on shirts, caps, jackets and promotional products. In some cases, logos have to be adjusted slightly to accommodate the decorating process. Please send us a copy of your logo if you are unsure how it will reproduce on our products. Our friendly, helpful team of promotional consultants will assist you with your needs.
Where can I place my logo on your apparel items?
Your art may be placed in one or several locations such as the left or right chest, on the back, one or both sleeves, above the cuff, and in some cases on the pocket. Please call for pricing.
Can you help me with my art?
Our team of talented graphic designers is here to help you get what you desire...great-looking apparel and promotional products emblazoned with your company logo that will meet or exceed your expectations. In addition to making your logo look its best on our apparel and promotional products, we can develop artwork for your company's promotional event to recognize outstanding achievement, or for meeting a company goal. We prefer to receive art in vector eps format. Your Sunflower representative will be happy to assist you with this process.
What do I do if I have a question on pricing?
For the most up to date price, call please call us at 1-800-255-0370, as pricing may change without notice. You may also refer to the column pricing for each item. Price columns reflect total quantity ordered per design. Quantities of different styles will be totaled for best price break within the same design. Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and Mississippi state sales tax must be collected on all orders shipping to destinations in these states.
What if I have a rush order?
We will do everything we can to ship your order in time to meet your needs when your order requirements are within 10 working days.
A $50.00 rush charge will apply to orders requested to ship under 10 working days after art approval.
Do you have minimum order requirements?
Our order minimums are by quantity listed by style in our price list. For all apparel except t-shirts and caps, the minimum order is 12; t-shirts and cap minimums are 24. Styles can be combined to qualify for volume discounts on like garments using the same design and location.
Do you ship exact quantities?
We reserve the right to ship +/- 5% of the order on non-stock apparel or promotional products.
How will my order with Sunflower Marketing be acknowledged?
You will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail when your order is entered for your verification. A confirmation is also sent to you via e-mail when your order ships.
What method of payment does Sunflower Marketing accept?
Terms are VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or check in advance of order. Net 30 terms are given with prior credit approval and purchase order.
What do I do if I need to return something?
Please inspect merchandise carefully upon receipt. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of shipment date. Please call for return authorization.

What is the best way to care for my apparel from Sunflower Marketing?
To protect your apparel, follow the label instructions on each item. For polo shirts: flip collar up, button top button, and wash inside out. We also suggest washing all garments in cool water, mild detergent, inside out; keep dark colors separate the first few times. Line or flat dry for best results. Note: Cotton shrinks if washed in warm or hot water, or if machine dried.
How do I know I am ordering the correct size?
Sizes are listed with each description. Below is a size chart to help you determine the correct size. Regular sizes (S, M, L, XL, 2XL), generally fit adults up to 6'1". If you are between sizes, order the next larger size to ensure a comfortable fit.
How to Measure -
Place tape at the fullest part of the chest, under armpits, and over shoulder blades.
